Dawn founded human alchemy in 2000 to provide broad change management expertise. The business was bought by Lincoln College in 2021 and she now acts as a lead consultant, specialising in developing high performance leadership teams to transform their organisations.
She has worked with varying sized businesses across a wide range of sectors and geographical locations.
Prior to launching human alchemy, Dawn was based in London as Director of HR Policy for GEC plc, the UK's largest electronics company at the time with 140,000 employees worldwide. Her four hectic years here gave her hands-on experience of the people aspects of major change including business sales & acquisitions and the re-invention of a company.
The large national and international companies Dawn has worked with include: Airservices Australia, National Air Traffic Services, Alstom, Arup, Sky TV, Churchill Insurance and UK Central Government.
Regional clients include: RILMAC, Lincolnshire Police, Lincolnshire Education Authority, the Lincolnshire Education & Business Partnership (EBP), Hammond Produce, Chiselwood, Jacksons Building Centres, Gelder Group and James Dawson.
Dawn is passionate about helping people to develop and engage in order to achieve outstanding results. It is this, together with her extensive mix of corporate and consulting experience that enables her to advise and strengthen Leadership Teams, as they wrestle with creating a new future for their organisation at the same time as delivering today’s business.
