James has an extensive breadth of leadership and consultancy experience gained over 25 years across Government, public and private sector organisations.
This includes roles in the Policing Service, as a senior leader of the Audit Commission, a regional director of Northgate Information Solutions, running a specialist consultancy business and latterly as managing director of the Lincoln College Group’s extensive international and commercial division.
