Laura Clifford

Coach / Consultant

Laura is an experienced professional, focussed on driving exceptional performance through people management.

She has held various roles in Organisational Development within the NHS and managed a number of transformational projects, which were instrumental in seeing her current employer awarded ‘Outstanding’ in the category of Well Led by the NHS Regulator.

Laura is skilled at working with leaders at all levels to identify how they can best support their teams to navigate transformational change, managing performance and team behaviours. A skilled NLP practitioner and coach, Laura is qualified to use various Psychometric tools to support this process. Having worked with the Board of Directors to conduct cultural change projects, Laura has first-hand experience of managing the complexities of transformational change and has supported staff with the various stages of transition.

As an Executive Coach, Laura has set up a Coaching Community of over 30 coaches working across the Lincolnshire Health and Care System. In her current role as Head of Organisational Development, Laura is leading an organisation wide talent management strategy. Transformation is a major focus for Laura, providing OD support to cross functional and organisational teams to establish a shared vision and values and clear operating procedures, in order to work as effective integrated care teams.
