Sally leads a team of digital learning technologists and professional learning coaches, with the aim to drive improvements and innovations in education and training by coaching practitioners, curriculum managers, senior and executive leaders, in the UK and internationally.
Sally was pivotal to the creation and implementation of an innovative learning assessment and teaching strategy in 2016 which was recognised by Ofsted in 2018.
In 2009 Sally completed a MA in Coaching and Leadership through Oxford Brooks University followed in 2019 by a Masters in Education (MEd) and achieved a distinction for her thesis on the impact of a coaching culture on professional identify.
Sally continues to be engaged in educational researcher and has been involved in, and led, a number of funded national research projects, many focused on developing coaching and mentoring within organisations.
As an active member of the National Governors Association and school Chair of Governors, Sally is also involved in mentoring school leaders and Governing Boards. Particularly supporting them in creating and communicating their vision and a progressive coaching ethos and culture. Sally holds an accredited qualification from the National College of Teaching & Leadership in Effective Governance (2016).
