Alex has over 12 years of comprehensive consultancy experience working widely within the public and private sectors.
She also brings an in-depth passion and knowledge of leadership development and coaching/mentoring. Prior to joining the Human Alchemy Team, Alex was a senior leader in the largest archaeological consultancy in the UK.
Here, she advised in the most part residential developers, architects and planning consultancies, alongside negotiating, liaising and working with statutory stakeholders such as Historic England, local planning authorities and the public.
She was also responsible for project-managing small, medium and large-scale archaeological investigations and managing the sub-contracted archaeological unit. Clients have included; Pegasus, Redrow Homes, Millers, Nineteen47, Endurance Estates, Barratts and David Wilson Homes and Mather Jamie.
Through this work and having run her own businesses, Alex has developed a keen awareness and insight into commerciality, business growth, strategic delivery, business-wide engagement, operational leadership and the need for High-Performing Teams to reach the Extraordinary.
