OUR APPROACH
Our free Two-Step consultation approach:
Leader and our Head of Consultancy test the applicability of Human Alchemy to their specific needs and decide if we are best fit for each other (30-60 mins; in-person or online).
We plan and design a bespoke programme, tailored to meet the leader and/or organsiation’s distinct objectives. Programmes can vary from 2 days (a short burst of work resulting in immediate and tangible transformational change) through to a 12-month project (enabling a full organisational culture shift).
Programmes can be supplemented with Mentoring, Coaching and our next-generation personal-insights and profiling tool that’s built to deliver serious business results.
PRICING
Our prices range depending on the design, length, intensity and objectives of the bespoke programme and will be transparently laid out in our proposals.
